FG design was established in 2015 by Fardad Ghodoussi following 15 years of working for a design and build firm involved in designing and managing high residential, hotels and commercial projects.
Our focus is to provide a turn key service, starting from the initial design to the construction phase and completion of the project. We aim to facilitate the process by providing a high level of customer service, working closely with our client to insure a high quality of standard and finish.
Having an in house specialist team we benefit from having full control of the project insuring projects are completed within time and budget.

FG design provides a tailor made maintenance contract for each property. Our team surveys each property individually to ascertain the condition and state of it.
For each contract, a survey will include an inspection of every accessible, exposed, and visible area of the building/flat. Foundations and floors will be assessed, along with doors and window frames. Damp levels and potential issues such as dry and wet rot will also be addressed. Gas, electricity, central heating, drainage and plumbing systems will be visually inspected and tested.
This would allow us to provide our client with a unique personal contract which will involve quarterly visits by our team to investigate the property for any problems and issues that might have occurred so not to develop into major problems. No works will be carried out prior to the clients authorization.
This process brings comfort and security to our client knowing that their property is being looked after. Our team is always available between 8am till 6pm every day to receive calls or emails to investigate any problems or for call outs.
